We want you to shop with confidence at Davidson’s Auto Gear. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and transparent.
📦 Return Window
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Returns after 30 days are not eligible
💰 Refunds
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- A $7 prepaid return label fee will be deducted from refunds (U.S. orders)
- Refunds processed within 4-5 business days after inspection
🔁 Exchanges
- One free exchange available for size or same-item swap
- Exchange availability is not guaranteed due to stock levels
- Fastest option: place a new order and return the original item
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Electrical or installed parts
- Custom or special-order products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
🚚 Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 3 days of delivery
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- Choose refund, replacement, or store credit
📦 How to Start a Return
- Submit your return request
- Receive approval email
- Download and print prepaid return label
- Package item securely and attach label
- Drop off at USPS or carrier location
