We at Davidson’s Auto Gear have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. There will be an 10% restocking fee for all uninstalled products in new condition and not modified in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not installed, damaged, or altered in anyway. The product(s) must be in original packaging. All customers will require proof of purchase from Davidson's Auto Gear and the reason for the return.

Returns are not accepted for special order items unless Davidson's Auto Gear is at fault. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@davidsonsautogear.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Davidson’s Auto Gear, unfortunately, cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These types of items will be 100% liable to the customer.
